Quick answers
Where is my order?
Enter your order number and email in the tracker above to see your live status. If the tracker says 'Preparing to ship', your order is still at our warehouse — once it ships, the carrier scans it within 1–3 days and the tracking timeline appears here automatically.
When will I get tracking?
Tracking usually appears within 1–3 days after your order ships — that's the window the carrier needs to register the first scan. You'll also get a separate shipping email with the carrier name and tracking number. Until your order leaves our warehouse, the status stays at 'Preparing to ship'.
Why is my order still preparing?
Every order is hand-picked and quality-checked by our team — that takes a bit longer than a fully automated warehouse, especially during busy seasons or right after a new drop when volume spikes. As long as the tracker still shows your order, it's in the queue and being prepared. If it's been more than a week with no shipping email, please use the contact button below and we'll look into it for you.
